'Vette yesterday. On the door it says this:
    Experimental Endurance car
    from
    Car and Driver
    Proximity: North America
Looks to be around a '76 car, real rough and just sitting behind a place looking forgotten. The one rear tire that I can see has tread that extends halfway down the side wall. I had a pic of it but when I went to add it to my thread, the f%^&(*&g computer destroyed it:blast:
Anyone know the skinny on it?

Never heard of it...I understand you're in the Detroit area this week....Is this car somewhere local?

Hmmm you sure the computer did it? You may have came across the experimental government time travel car. It was made to be fast but handle rough terrain as like in Back to the future things have changed allot. That movie was Losly based on that car and why the Deloria was picked. It was vette like enough but not to much to piss off anyone.

In Africa they have found airplane shaped medallions made out of gold from 1000's of years ago. There have bee similar vette shaped artifacts found in burial mounds in America.

If you go back be careful. Use a digital camera as the radiation from time travel will destroy the film.
