I will be changing intakes in a couple months. I have an S-divider now, going to a performer when I put on my new heads. I want to have the intake all ported & ready. What do you all suggest about attaching an aluminum pan to the bottom of the intake? I don't like cutting the stocker & mixing it with the composite, it just seems like a messy pain. I would rather not send the intake across the country for this mild modification. I want something that is easy to work with and reusable. I am in Southern CA. Thanx all.

I think AMP makes one that sits on the endrails. Check out some the vendor threads, they're contact info should be in there somewhere.

Doesn't Jim W. at Tri-Sheild offer an intake with the pan on it? Dim memory recalls that he does...and it's a slick lookin' piece, too:TU:

Yup, thats what on mine. Looks great too, but I think he's looking for something removable/re-usable if swapping intakes.
