  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy..   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. Vacuum check valve 1969 Riv

    That one way check valve looks exactly the same as the one used in '68/'69 Riviera. :TU:

    I bought a universal one and it doesn't work right. The headlamps won't move at all, but I can move them by hand...they just stay where I put them. I tried switching the direction of the valve, but then the headlights can't be moved by hand even.

    Is there anyone who sells these check valves?

    Four months since the first post in this thread, so you didn't buy the one from eBay?

    The part number is the same for Camaros with vacuum headlights.
    You should be able to find a new one because they sell a lot of reproduction parts for those cars.

    After a few hours troubleshooting (starting with the hardest parts first) it turns out the hose had come loose from the switch. :Dou:

    A lesson learned again on always to start with confirming the simple basic things are in order.

    And it works fine with a universal vacuum check valve!
