    Folks,
Steve is right; this is the time to do this. We do not run theses parts but every two years or so. We will be finished up in about 3-4 weeks, end of Sept.

Call me sad, but funds are tight. What are the ramifications of leaving the parts as-is without machining to use the new o-ring seal? Am I going to leak like a sieve, or will it button up (reasonably) leak-free with some care? I ask because I never heard any horror stories or anything.

Oh, and my driveway's not exactly an oil virgin...

Mike says mine is finished and on it's way.

There is still a small window of time available to get yours in to TA if you can.

Call TA and talk to Mike. He can do them this one last time for a reasonable fee.

    Thanks!!

OK, We have finally set up to run block girdles again. Those of you that would like us to update your older girdle to the O-Ring seal need to be boxing those babies up and sending them in.

On another note, there is a good chance that this will be the last run of block girdles. We are making about 65, these things are slow and time consuming to make. Time will tell. Great part, but the aluminum block is a much greater part.
