been slowly making progress on my regal. today I got ambitious,and started to lay a new vinyl top, with some new vinyl I found at a yard sale ( 4 yards for 50 cents) here's what it is going to look like :TU: note: the other areas are yet to be glued down and, can anyone help me locate the trim that runs along the lower egde?? and those upper door moldings too??
hey jeff, a friend of mine has a vinyl top car sitting there rotting to the the ground. i should be able to grab most of the trim off of it, its a maroon car so the molding going around the bottom will have to be painted half black to go with yours. ill check on it tomarrow. dan
that was the car i tried to get the upper door moldings off of for you, there torn up. ill do my best for the clips too. i might have a bag of gm new ones from back when i origially was going to put a vinyl top back on my bbb car.
