Turbo 400 modified governor - Off the shelf?

    C.A.R.S. has this modified governor in their catalog that says it will change stock shift points to 5600-5800 RPM. As much of a pain as it is to modify the governor by trial and error, I'm tempted to try it out but, only if some others have tried it and like it. Don't want to be a Guinea pig on this $70 part. Anyone familiar with this item?

    Thanks for the info Ray may give it a try once I figure out exactly where the stage 1 governor shifts at With the new stage 2 combination.
