    did this engine make it into your car yet? if so what was your initial impression after nailing it for the first time?

    Not yet. We are stepping down the cam somewhat. Jim and I agree that I would benefit from something smaller. Something on the order of 231*/236*, 112 with a lift around .575. Jim has a blank at Comp Cams. They are currently evaluating it.

    Can't argue with those points and the advantages of the roller.......guess I should start picking up cans and cutting some grass on the weekends to get the extra 650 for a roller. Drivability, longer life and less friction on the camshaft are important to me. 600 HP and vacuum at low idle in pump gas is pretty sweet.
