transmission mount insulators

I see that a poly transmission mount is available, question: does anyone make poly insulators (or isolators) for each end of the transmission crossmember, or are the replacement rubber ones ok to use? thanks Gord :TU:

 

My rubber ones are shot. Did you ever find polyurethane versions?

Actually I would even be happy with some new rubber ones, did you happen to find any of those?

yes! where does one get the metal parts that hold them in too-
mine are rusted away!
