top wont go down

i just changed the wiring harness on my 71 buick skylark convertible so i could put in rally guages. now my top wont go up or down. the motor doesnt even make a sound. i was wondering what fuse in the fuse block runs the top, how can i check the switch to make sure its good and where is the switch grounded? any other suggestions as to what went wrong and how i can fix it? thanks, josh

 

I found it. It was the plug that goes in the fuse block was not hooked up. ou: ​
