I was wondering what you guys have done to your bows, I'm guess on the name. Its the part above the windshield where the convertible top meets the car. Mine is just painted and starting to scratch up pretty bad, especially the areas that rub from latching down. I know on other GM lines that piece is stainless or something of the sort.

Any advise or guiding is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

There should be a piece or black vinyl type material that gets bonded to the metal frame with adhesive. The forwardmost portion of the frame should have a small weather seal that is hidden by the tack strip for the top that rests on the very forward edge or the frame and the strip facilitates a tight enough seal to keep the elements out.

A local interior shop should be able to supply you with the material and recommend an adhesive that will be appropriate to use for the purpose.
