I'm looking for material to replace the kickboards on my 57 Roadmaster. It seems to be some type of hard card stock about 1/8 thick. This material is also used behind the rear doors covered with vynil and also on the rear deck behind the seats. Any info on a supplier of this material will help. Thanks, Tom
Its called Chip Board, or panel board, waterproof, same as used in your kick boards, door panels, etc. here is one supplier, http://www.perfectfit.com/15347/Chipboard-Car-Panelboard.html
I go to Home Depot & get some of the old Formica counter top material. It's about 1/8" thick & can be bent somewhat to conform to shape. it's totally waterproof. After adding material of your choice no one but you know it's there. Will last a lifetime.
I bought off ebay a set die cut to size with correct color from: First Class Parts P.O. Box 261 Palmyra, PA 17078 I do not have a phone number only mailing address. Dan
