    Mike Wowk Who freakin' cares?

    That is the question!

I am starting on my latest project a 68 Coronet R/T. It's Burgandy with a Maroon interior. Problem is I was bummed to read the fender tag and find out it's a stripe delete car. Kinda sucks cuz the 68 tail stripe is the coolest IMHO...
    Do I...
    1. Leave it off
    2. White Bumblebee stripe
    3. Red Bumblebee stripe
    4. Red bodyline pin stripe

Keep in mind the maroon interior, NO vinyl top and it will have redline tires on Magnum 500 rims. Luckily since the stripes are stickers they can be removed and or added at anytime without messing up the paint what do you guys think?

Also since it's a California car do I use a dual snorkle aircleaner and turn down pipes or go the common route of an unsilenced aircleaner and chrome tips. The car is in Ohio now and the Ca. emmissions/sound requirments would be different than most cars cruising this side of the Mississippi.

Stripes can be removed anytime? Go for it. Leave only the emission equipment you actually need and have a little fun. :TU:

Got's to have red tail stripe to go with the redline's.
Any wuss can be timid and use white, the red tail stripe will be
a much better contrast to the burgundy/maroon combo:Smarty:
    Trust me:TU: :3gears:

    I hate to say.............

But I think I agree with Tommy Boy. The red stripe would contrast the redlines nice.

Tom is right about the color contrast. It would be more subtle, maybe even considered "High Class".

Am I the first one to notice that Tom has his 442 up for sale! What is the matter Tom, already have a photo shoot done and have to get rid of the car before the magazine comes out!:spank:
