Have had no time to start putting the 455 into the regal... Got a pile of parts, no time.... ahh, feels like when i was wating to get the motor together... but worse, because this time once i get my stuff together i can tear up the parking lot at work.... heh....
I hear ya. Wagon sits in pieces while I nibble an hour at a time every weekend or so... Need to get a weekend of beer and pizaa assitants to get `er all done.
I'd like to keep them, heh, got a whole bunch of money into this project. Got the car for 500 bucks, making the car worth about 1/12th of the motor.... and a few hundred like 7 into suspension pars.... i think i'll keep it....
Come on by and pop in the rear end and engine for me! Calgary is nice and warm this week... Wagon is on the Porcine Ascention Rebuild Plan: My car will be finished when pigs fly.
I hear ya!! Five years come July since I started with my Regal project. Not even close to putting a tag on it... Having said that, the engine runs, new tranny & clutch, new axles, gears and posi unit, rear control arms changed and entire front end rebuilt. However, getting ready to make my third household/state move in the last six years is putting a crimp on "garage"time. My project is on the "Eagles" plan... when hell freezes over it may be done. :spank: :spank:
I wish I had an excuse but I don't! I work part time, have all the parts, the car has already proven it works with a BBC motor, but I don't have the desire when its cold in the garage. Beech Bend opens up in two weeks so watching some cars go down the track may get me motivated, I hope so.
