  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy..   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. You will be contacted by Teresa to make payment for the wheel(s) and return shipping and insurance when your wheel(s) is complete.     I'd say there are plenty of us who love the 59 - 60s models.
    Wouldn't mind having one, especially the 60.
    I see a few at the local car shows and they get plenty of looks as they cruise down the street. They are impressive to say the least!:beer

    How do they get those big wheels on there but you can't see the driveshaft?

    as i understand it most of these things are just trailer queens or parade cars anyways.

    just mount the rear axle housing upside down and use R to go forward.

    About 10 or 15 years ago ,someone had a 54 Buick "SKYLARK" at the GS NATS riding on a GN chassis .

    they get that look by using the lift spring and kits to rasie all the arms and rear end and such .....................but think about it how many old skeewlers put nova and pintos and other stuff on 4 x4 frames NO ONE HUNG THEM out to dry its all in the UUMMM "taste" of what they like be happy the younger generation is even getting there fat butt off the couch playing there video games long enough to even build this car for it takes alot of time to "raise" one of these cars to get it right
