The MidWest Mafia is holding a Buick bracket race: Where: Julesburg, Colorado When: September 20-21 (The race will be on the 20th) Why: Do you really need to ask? This is an event for Buick racers, by Buick racers. The winner gets to take home the "Belt", a fitting tribute to the past and present winners! Let's try to make the other racers jealous: We are hoping to get as many cars there as we can. We will be racing for the belt on Saturday. John is workng out the details on a King Street type race on Sunday for those of you that can stay. We felt it may be more fun to race and then "bench race" the night away, and make it a bit more friendly for those that need to get back on Sunday. In addition to the belt it is looking like the Buick GS club will put up $500 cash and perhaps some prizes. We will be staying at the Platte Valley Inn, same as last year.
