outside almost done still need to add trim on the back of the hood and RIV emblems on the roof pillars.
I drove it to the muffler shop today put the pedal down about 2/3 at 20 MPH two nice 10 foot black stripes WOW :3gears: . Mark The wheels are American Racing Salt-flat Specials 15+8 1/2 , 245/60/15 up front 275/60/15 in back.

You are going to have to let us know what your new 1/4mile time is now that the engine is done. Also interested in knowing what all your modifications and specs are other than the exhaust? I hope to get mine to the track later this summer after I fine tune a few more things. Oh and let me know how you plan on lowering your front end 2in because I need to do the same. I've been having trouble figureing out the best way to do it on our model of car. Davy
Using a cutoff wheel (kept cool with liberal douses of water) and NOT a torch, just lop off the bottom complete coil from each spring.
Shouldn't you change the shocks then, or the standard ones have enough range to "play" at a lower level ?
I heard that this was a option and am still considering it. I also heard from a few other people that it isn't recomended because you will never know for sure how much drop you will get.
