Hey Guys, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to tell what type of transmission I have? I have a 1971 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible with a 350-2, I need to do some work on the transmission and can't find any markings that identify the transmission and I can't find any sites that tell which transmission was used in the cars. Any help would be great.

hey Dwayne, quick question, are those 15" rallye wheels on your '70 GS455? What are the sizes of the wheels and tires? I'm replacing mine soon. Also do you have any sort of drop on your suspension, i like the stance of your car alot.

Yes, they are 15". Tires are 235/60-15 and so old they shouldn't be trusted:pray: . Springs are stock MOOG replacement springs but are old enough (probably 15-20 years old) that they probably should be changed. Rest of suspension is is just stock with the exception of some "no-hop" bars added in the rear. I even still have the stock drum brakes up front.
