Tension Tool

In the Fischer manual there is an adjustment procedure. It mentions a special tool for measuring the outward tension on the side rails. This is the second or third step and it cautions against proceding until this is set properly.

My question is: Does anyone have this tool? Does it have a name? Does anyone know how many pounds of tension are correct?

 

i used a scale for weighing fish and hoped for the best. had no problems. :Smarty:

 

How did you know how many pounds of pressure to set? My book doesn't mention how much tension is required.
