Got lucky and working a deal on a set of TA stage 2 TE heads. Will be a primary strip/street car..I would assume bigger the better but know it’s better to ask those who have run these heads.
I would do shorty headers, nice fit and quiet. I run 9´s with stg1 se heads, shorty headers and 2,5" exhaust.
I would do the 2.125....BUT they are a PITA to install.....they look awesome....and are worth a little power....but you will say **** a sailor might not
I will recommend to get the best return....conver the collectors to a merge style....Cone engineering has DIY kits....a 2.75 choke with a 11degree taper is what I uses on my 630hp setup....
Some very accurate guidance on this subject in regards to the primary tubes. once you have your tube ID need the place where the tube needs to step up in ID and then back down again is where the first turn / bend off the exh port flange is encountered that is 45 degrees or more.
