Switching gear ratio / going to posi?

    3.08's thats what...Talk to Rear End Jim Monzaz...he is the man and has helped me with my 71 posi rear in my 69 convertible. He's on this thread.

    I have an 8.5 rebuilt factory posi with 3.42's .. I have had 2.41 & 3.08 before.. I like the 3.42's.. I just went with a 28" tall tire from a 27".. guess i'll see how the 28" tire works with the 2400 stall converter & the 3.42's..
