Gang, I really would like to install a sunroof on the Electra. I don't know who makes the kind that is on the Chevy Cobalt, but I like that type of external hardware function. I know I could do a popout type and I still might, but does anybody know about this new type and manufacturer? :3gears:
I think that most companies do the sunroof stuff themselves don't they? Or do companies like ASC still put the glass in for them? You might be out of luck, or you could pull one from an electra that has one (good luck finding one) Or you could take something out of a car that is of equal size, like a old Lincoln Town Car or something. It would have to have the same roof contour as your car.
Mike and gang, I did some research and have found that ASC/Inalfa and Webasto, make these units and going through their sites on the internet, I found shops in my area that install them. They also have warranties. It looks promising, I'll post what I find as far as costs. I may get one for OLGA, my Mother's and the Buicks, name as it was my Mother's, car from new. :3gears:
