As I understand it that is a Skylark, GS or Sportwagon exclusive color only. Judging by all the other options it would not suprise me if it was. It has some rare stuff.
From what I can tell in teh Assembly Manual the two exterior blue colors on your car were Cascade Blue and Nocturne Blue. As far as the color code 13 that shows to be Platinum Mist. And that matches the picture from what I can see. If anybody else has different info please chime in. Cascade Blue was service code 24 and Nocturne Blue 29.
Ahh, I went on a couple sites and looked it up and kept getting that code 13 was Stratomist blue. I do not have an assembly manual to look it up so thanks. :TU:
