wish to put 8 track player in 1971 A body convertible. I'm told I need two speakers for the 8 track to operate.

So aside from the dash which is where the 1 factory speaker is, where to put the other speaker without cutting anything (door panels, etc.)

ANyone have a pic with convertible speaker placement visible ?

There are also pre cut speaker holes under the convertible top well, you can also buy kick panel speaker sets, you can bring it back to stock if you need to. I also would check out the dual in dash speakers.

If you have more time than money you can easily make your own dual front speaker:

That combined with the factory locations in the back is good for top up, top down well, its ok but not great...should be listening to the engine and the wind anyway... :3gears:
