Is that a $7K car? I really don't know. It's cool, but looks like it's going to need a lot of work. And few photos with a description of "runs and drives" would scare me.

The good news is the 307 revs so miserably slow that there is ample time to figure out the shifter. Those cars have a decent following. If its real and not a rot box then its a good buy.
Yes. It’s worth the money if you’re into them. 84 was the first year of the 8.5 rear in those cars. The one up here was an 83 with the 7.5 rear and wayyyy rougher than that and it brought 4500
