See your last pic showing the exposed convertible top anchor? You should see a factory hole in the center of that anchor - it is for the very rare factory convertible front shoulder belts. Also, I don't know if you are pulling up the undercarpet material to put dynomat or similar in its place, but when I removed mine I found the factory production order line under the section on the driver's side.

Mine is already like that, works good but 8 feet of belt and honestly I wonder how well they would actually work. Hopefully never find out! Interesting option for sure.
