I'm thinking of running my small block radiator, no thermostat, a Moroso restrictor (in place of thermo) and electric fan. Prior to converting to a bracket racer the car had a 350 and air. It is now a 455 with no intentions of street duty. I'm assuming the radiator is a three core (have to get it down from storage). If I'm going to have any odds running this year, I've got to prioritize my funds better. I'd rather not have to put money into a 4-core or aluminum set up. Has anyone run their 455 with a 350 radiator? Is there any feedback relating to additives such a "water wetter"? Thanks! John
John as long as the radiator is in good shape it should not be a problem..... When you do go the aluminum route checkout the Griffin that JEGS sell in their "circle track" section......pg 182 #475-125272 At $189 they're cheaper than you might think. And "Water Wetter" is a good additive anyway for corrosion protection
