shifter boot

    I called The Parts Place today to order a few things and asked if they happen to have a boot for my non-console 72 fourspeed. response was $19.00 for the boot and $29.00 for the ring.
    does anyone have this set up and how well does it match?

    Do a search, it's been talked about. A LOT!!
    It's a nice item, but it's bigger than the original.

    Its actually an Olds boot ,it is nice ,it is bigger in dia. ,but it does work nicely.Joe:3gears:
