My Pro Street project has slick sides. No markers or handles. Looks killer but is not track legal. I far as the rules state, " must have obvious means of entry". To me the back up cable pull could be ok if a sign points out the hidden handle. Maybe the cable handle could be right under the door at the chasis rail when racing. What should I do?
Make it obvious! :laugh: If you are upside down at the end of the track, no one will have time to read an upside down sign. (Unless you put a sign on the bottom of the car!) I had thought about a removeable handle that would fit through the seam between the door and the body, but I haven't done it yet. The local track couldn't care less and the car isn't that fast. I had thought that when the car gets repainted I'd install recessed door handles instead.
