Here is a picture of the "Critter". We would take the boom and ram from the engine hoist and mount it on the back, then we could move heavy things around and even pull engines with it.

And I drove it on the road only once! :spank:

The auction states that extra parts in and around do NOT come with it. So I guess that should answer your question. With that in mind, I would not pay a cent over $250 for it. Maybe someone should shoot him an email to see if he will lower the buy it now feature...

The description is hilarious. "It has power steering, power brakes and tilt." I guess that means it's fully optioned. Nobody ever told him not to sniff the model glue.
