    :TU:

I bought a rear clip from Rich yesterday- he donated his time, tools, and effort to help me with removal of the clip, and then hauled it to my shop for me (over an hour away from his home). He's one of the good guys.

Can't forget a big thumbs up and thanks to Jim, too:) Couldn't have managed it without you.

So I guess you could say I now have just about one and a half Skylark convertibles:laugh: I'm pretty pleased I have the opportunity to not only salvage a large chunk of a Skylark convertible that otherwise might have been unused, but now I can fix the problems with my car with the least amount of headache- I can remove a set of rear quarters and wheelhouses and do the body work on them before Icut off my old ones. Quite a luxury, if you ask me.
So thanks again, and if anyone needs a hardtop frame with suspension, I have seen the one Rich wants to part with and it's worth the dough:TU:

It was great meeting you and Dave yesterday, and a big thanks to you for keeping Rich busy while I nabbed a couple items off that body out back. :Brow:

Thanks for the props! I will post some pics soon

It was good meeting you and Dave and checking out the cars.

I still thought that rear clip was going to be heavier than it was.

Little bit of bad luck on the way home, blew a tire on the trailer just getting on 495:ball: . Jim and I have a history of riding on flats, so why would this be any different :beer , we pulled the trailer about 6 miles to my work and left it for the night.

Timing is everything. Atleast the trailer wasn't loaded:grin:

next morning went down with my spare, now it's back up and going!
