If you make a little 4 banger run 10's, you'll get the "he has a fast car" respect but the "4 banger, whyyyyyy?!?" goes with it.

My 4cyl ranger is completely stock, but those V8 swap kits sure do look good.

Tunerz Stuck with a 71 lesabre

Gee thanks for dragging me into this  I hope my Lesabre counts as a fast car in your opnion! But being diplomatic about things, Europe had the plague in the 14th(?) century, we have ricerz in the 21st. So I guess you could say ricerz evolved from a bacterial into a socially exceptable virus. All see if I can dig up a few photo's I took last summer of customers "cars" (I use the term loosely).
    Cheers

Ditto...the most rediculous modding I have ever seen unless maybe they are amphibious vehicles and needed more deck space to use there gas grilles

Think I'd rather see a well used & beat up Buick sporting a primer paint job. Throw in the fuzzy dice too.
I've got to have respect for some of these people who can wrench on the car & make it faster, handle better. These are the true gearheads of today wrenching on what is currently available & cost effective. At my age, it was all about domestic big blocks back then. I didn't have one but that was the rage at the time.
I like some subtle styling cues on a car. I really like sleepers.
Some of these owners need some help with their tastes.
