I'm in need of a new master cylinder for my 70 W-31 Olds. I don't wanna get just some schmo reman job. I'm looking to have a professionally built (rebuilt ??) and properly plated unit. Anyone have some suggestions ?

    Thanks !

Closer to home, check out the A-body article in the Hemmings Muscle Machines, the mentions a Bob's Boosters, and a phone #, 586-774-8883, don't know if the do MC's too or not! Of course, master cylinders aren't that hard to rebuild, I'm sure you could do it yourself, and get the right color stuff from Eastwood or one of those places. RV

Does Tri-shield do master cylinders? I do know they rebuild the power brake boosters, and replate them, and are excellent in my opinion,

JW/Tri-Shield rebuilt my master cylinder when he rebuilt/replated my booster last year.

    Yes..

We take the original cylinder, bore it, and install a stainless steel sleeve, and then rebuild/restore it.

Call me at the shop for details.
