I am in the process of a frame off restoration on a 69 gs 400, and would like to know if anyone has info on what type or types of manuals would be helpful.

I would guess that you should have at least the Fisher body manual and the Buick chassis service manual for '69. They cover all models for that year I think (I have a 68).

Thanks for the reply, I was contemplating a Chassis manual or a CD with both the Fisher and Chassis manual. I will go with th CD.

    Rick1,
You should buy a 69 Factory Assembly Manual. It will be the best $40.00 purchase you are likely to ever make.

Thanks for the help on the manuals. My GS 400 is 98 % restored and I am just starting on my GS 400 Stage 1 frame off.
