Replacement cigar lighter element.

I’ve just finished installing my restored Rallye clock quartz conversion and discovered why my cigar lighter never worked………the ground wire was disconnected from the back of the lighter.

So, now my lighter works for charging my cell phone but the element is inop. Is this the correct element and where can I get a replacement? My knob is great so just need thement that screws into it.
