Going to keep the 350 in the Skylark for now-don't want this to sit too long and get rusty. Need to get $1200 and located in Rochester, MN. 73 XF block bored .030,stock cast pistons, crank turned .010/.010, Gasket kit, oil pump,timing chain and cover, heads, flex plate, balancer. engine was balanced, groved front cam bearing with oil mod. It is basically a .030 stock block, stock compression, so it depends on your heads, cam, carb, intake. I could deliver to BPG.:TU:
The shop is Baier's Engine Service in Rochester. Jim (owner) and Cory have done all my marine engines and do super work. Cory's father-in-law has a 70 Stage 1 and did the motor for him. The pic of the repair order details it out. I also have the stock and Stage 1 heads, Poston chrome headers, Peformer intake, chrome Stage 1 valve covers. Decent offer will take it all.:dollar:
Anyone want this? If I have a commited buyer, I will bring to BPG nats. From what I see, it is priced very fair-only need to cover rebuild cost- It's like getting the rebuildable core for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!:TU: I'll bring the rest of the motor parts also if you need them( complete motor less intake and exhaust manifolds)
Here's a pic of the piston- It is .050 below the deck. I was going to have the heads milled to bump up compression.
