I have the Skylark and Custom badges that are affixed to the rear quarter panels. The question is this, where? The new quarter skins that went on during restoration, don't have the holes for these badges ... any ideas, pics, specs? HELP!

Your best bet is to go "junkyarding". Find a '72 'lark and take a tagboard tracing of the upper rear quarter. Then "poke holes" through the cardboard and mark it as to which side and which emblem. A razor knife works best to cut the tagboard down to the exact shape of the panel. A drill bit can be used to make the correct size holes, duct tape to hold the cardbord in place. See we just found another use for duct tape. It's not just for making snowpants anymore.
