I purchased new rear end bolt cover bolts and a posi tag from Ground Up Restorations (nice folks); however, when I received the bolts they were too short, only about one turn caught the housing. I sent them back. The ones I took off the rear were not flange heads like the ones they sent. What are the correct bolts (size and head type) for the cover? Also, what is the correct location for the posi tag? I thought it was at the 5:00 position; if so, does the tag bend at the bolt to pass the cover lip? A picture is worth a thousand words; send me a photo. Thanks.

yes, 5:00 position, below the horizontal centerline, passenger side of the car (right side as you look under the gas tank.) Yes the tag gets a bend to clear the cover lip.
