Take the money you would have spent on raising the truck and start your Buick fund!

And make sure you get all your homework done on time!:Smarty:

I wish I had to surf the internet when I was in school. I had to wait until I graduated and got a real job before I could do that.:Comp:

I had to wait for them to invent the internet, modems to get fast and something worth the time to become involved in it.

So, what do you want to do with the truck? As a former poor kid, I know that if you spend money on your current vehicle, you'll get attached to it and have tunnel vision. Been there, stayed broke, enjoyed it any way.

So, if you keep the truck, so what if it isn't a Buick, if you enjoy it works!

Cause "back in the day"You didnt have to worry about impressing them right away these days you got to stay on top of the game right up until the point where you reach your prime when you you got your cool no awsome car the gorgeous girlfriend and everyone wants a ride to school with you

So now do you see my point of view ?????????????

OK, so you know that any gurl that only loves your car for the pretty factor is not really worth your time, right?

Some of the ugliest-car'd guys I knew had hot chicks and it was because they were great guys. Sure, a cheerleader may go after a guy with a nice car but she's a peacock looking for the next shiny thing.

Keep your fingernails clean is the best advice I can give you. No girl likes the thought of a grubby-handed guy pawing at her. (unless she's into that but that's a whole 'nuther thread. :Brow: )
