I'm at teh tail end of restoring a 75 Lesabre and just can't figure out how to install the rain gutter. Does the well liner have to come off? Where do the long vinyl; strips on the rain gutter go? The original one is not there so, I can't figure it out. I'd really appreciate any tips you can offer. Thanks, Steve
i think the well is supposed to go on the rear tack strip first. then the gutter, then the rear curtain, then the top cover. as for the gutter hooking to the rear of the body, do you have the steel rod inserted through the gutter "sleeve"? there is more to than i can explain right now but if you pm me your email address i can e you the info from a 74(same as 75) service manual when i get home tonight (about2-3 am).
