On the drivers inside (towards the engine bay) there is a drain cock on the bottom of the rad. I just put a bucket under there and slowly open the plug. If you open it too fast, coolant will spray over the frame and drip everywhere but INSIDE your bucket. Of course, make sure the engine temp is cool and you relieve the pressure in the system by opening the rad cap.

There still will be a small amount left on the bottom. Just replug the rad, remove it, once it's out of the car tip/tilt it and open the cock again to get the rest out.

I usually change the hoses when I clean the radiator. I just pull off the bottom hose and let it all come out.

Then I put new hoses on, and I have a T in the heater-hose that I hook a garden hose to so I can flush the engine and block. There is a plastic tube that snaps in the radiator-cap area, with a hose on it so you can control where the water goes while you flush.
