I recently bought a factory gauge cluster to replace the idiot lights I have in my 71 GS. I'm not sure on the wiring. I have replaced the sending units with the ones needed for the gauges and hooked up the wiring, but can't get them to work. Do I need to change wiring to make these work? Help!

    wiring

u could have a problem with a ground. i had a similar problem with my clock . to test it , run a patch wire from the any metal on the back of the guage set to any one of the metal cross pieces under the dash . start the car & see if guages work . be sure that u have connected the wires to their proper clips on the guage set .
