I just received the 4th carburetor that Mark has built for me. Not only do they look like new , but more importantly run flawlessly .
I couldn't recommend anyone else for carburetor repair. Give him a try you won't be disapointed .

Ill have to post some photos later.

    Thanks

You can put me on that "happy customer" list. Mark built me a little number for my 464 BSA engine.

My just restored Stage 1 has what appears to be a bad accelerator pump whats the recommended ?

Is the Quadrajet fresh rebuilt? or the car/engine?

If you are wanting parts, I recommend parts from Cliff, at cliffshighperformance.com He has the HP pump with garter spring to keep the pump against the side wall of cavity, and they work with ethanol.

If you aren't getting a discharge with accelerator pump stroke, the pump is first place to look, but if it happens to be new, then the circuits could be clogged and need cleaning out.

Let me know if I can help.

And thanks so much to all of you for your support!!!! Really do appreciate it.

Just placed my order with Mark earlier today for my carb.
Had previous dealings with Mark when I lived in Texas. Very nice gentleman, nice Buick's and great experience.

I happen to live about 35 miles (as the crow flies - about 60 miles through the windy roads of the Texas hill country) from Mark, and I have now visited his place twice: once with my young daughter, and once with my wife and both my kids (a young son, too). Super nice guy with a clean and organized shop, who was not only gracious to me, but to my family who were along for the ride (I bribed them with the promise of a San Antonio burger joint). Mark went above and beyond to be helpful to me. I can't say enough good things about Quadrajet Power and CarmanTX!
