Anyone know what is the best pump for a 70 or 71 carb? Cost is not an issue just quality... Any help would be great.
i've had a $12 stock replacement fuel pump on my race car for the past 8 years, '70 442 with stock fuel lines. 11.80@114, i shift @ 6000rpm and go through the lights @ 6300rpm, 60ft is 1.65. never had a problem yet, still running points and origional coil. i think a lot of the stuff out there is overkill. good luck. love those buicks!
