Q-Jet Nice choke assembly!

I have a very nice choke assembly that JW sand blasted and painted the correct color however I don't need it now. The number on the top of the choke is " 3190".
I am not sure what year it is for hopefully some can identify it for me!!!
$35 includes shipping in the US.

I have what to all appearances is the exact same thing on a 73 350.

I cannot read numbers on mine- it is crussty

But Id bet dimes to dollars its the same one.

 

I have a 350 2 barrel intake and carb set up and the chake assembly looks the same. Are they universal?

I was looking at this piece for a board member who has a 72 455 engine. I am presently trying to get a hold of him to let him know that this choke assembly is for the correct engine.
