was looking at the 2 pushrods spin through the oil fill hole. Both were spinning, but one was spinning twice as fast as the other. This seem normal to anyone? Or an indication of an issue?

Not all will spin the same, you just want them to spin... Fast probably means less resistance /preload and a good crown on the lifter??

I would check that push rod , or any pushrods that are spinning slower then others for straightness, if they are new.
You might even want to go as far as swapping rockers to check if the change in rotational speed follows the rocker.
