Production number on Muncie

    When I found and photod the Muncie date code on my 4spd tranny I
    couldnt find the production number (last 6 digits of VIN):Do No: well the tranny is
    out of the car and they are stamped on the very TOP(not visible with tranny in the car) and they do match
    the VIN 124xxx,so even though engine is gone tranny is correct. Pete
