I believe you need the power bucket seat tracks, plus the motor and wiring. The driver's side bucket seat that I will be putting in my '72 used to be a power bucket seat but it was removed before I bought it so I'm putting on regular bucket seat tracks and leaving it manual.
Here is a great article with pics on Buick power bucket seats on George N's website: http://www.buickperformance.com/PowerSeats.htm
And here is a complete and tested power bucket seat set up for a '73-'77 Buick Regal. According to George's article, you might be able to use it if you can change the pedestals. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1973...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
Chris, Thanks for the info. I am currently watching the power seat track on ebay (ends tonite!). I'll read George's article and see if I can make this one work. Lee
>>Good luck Lee - hope you get the set if it can work for you. I never really move my seat so a manual seat is fine for me.
The '68-'72 A-body power seats were ony 4-way power seats - either bucket or bench. I do not know about the '73 Century/Regal/GS's, though. As far as the '68-'72's for conversion, the outside driver seat floor bracket is different and needs to be changed ...or at least the rear portion of the bracket replaced.
There's a conversion bracket for these, about $40.00 on line. Cheap enough that I don't have to make one. I am going to look at cannibalizing the 6 way power seat I have now and stuffing the guts into the strato bucket.
