How difficult are these to rebuild?o No: Mine has a broken extend/retract cable. When I hit the switch, the motor just spins but I still have to pull/push the mast up/down manually. Usually its not the aerial part that goes, its usually the worm gear inside that tends to go bad. Believe it or not, its very easy to update with a newer style one...just splice the wire in and use the old hardware and thats it. GM ones goes for like 50 to 60 bucks new....hope this helps :TU: Larry :TU:
