All that you have to do is make sure it is sized; 153kb max. Then you click on Browse which is right next to the Attach File section of your new post (when you go to post a reply, etc. After you click Browse , you will be in your computer's directory and you simply have to find the picture file (JPEG,BMP,GIF only) that you are trying to attach. Double click, and it will insert it into your message (after you have made the post). That's about the best I can explain it.
