Would this be the best of both worlds? How about a street stip solution for a dual purpose car. Pelnum divider in 750 edelbrock for the street, take it out run an 800 double pumper for the track.. What do you all think?:Do No:

Or should I just get a good dual plane and tune for that?

    Thanks, Kevin

Seems like an awful lot of trouble. What engine set-up are you running? While the single plane does give up some low rpm torque over the dual plane, it normally is not a problem on something like a 455 Buick which has typically way more torque than you could possibly put to the ground on the average street car.

Whether or not you use a single plane or a dual plane has more to do with the overall engine set-up and intended use of the car. Jim Burek P.A.E. ENTERPRISES
